SEX AND SPIRITUALITY:-
In The Beginning god told the original
man & woman metaphorically called Manu & Shatarupa in Sanatana Dharma(Eternal Religion) or Adam &
Eve " Of the Fruit of the tree Which is in the midst of the garden....ye shall not eat of it,neither shall ye touch it,lest
ye die". The lord wished that his perfect creations to enjoy or eat, as human beings, the fruits of the five fold sensory
tree.But the "apple"(Symbolic)of sex on the tree of nerves situated in the midst of the garden of the human body,
god said : " do not try to have physical sex experience, lest you die or loose your present consciousness of immortality".God
through his power of materialization through the divine fiat of his will.He placed them in the garden eastward in Eden; that
is with their consciousness focused "Eastward"in the spiritual eye of intuitive divine perception in Kuthastha.To them
he gave the same power to condense their thoughts into grosser images materialized from the ether, that by this immaculate
method of creation they could multiply & people the earth.But he also warned them not to touch each others body in a carnal way,
lest they summon forth the subconscious memory of the animal mode of sexual propagation,which they had known & employed
previously in bestial forms. The original prototypes of man & woman had no sexual members in their perfect bodies until
after they had disobeyed god's command to them." They were both naked...and were not ashamed"--a harmonious unity between
the qualities of positive & negative,masculine & feminine,reason & feeling,unperverted by gross sensual sex attraction.But
when the feeling of Eve-consciousness in man was tempted by vague recollections of animalistic sexual arousal,them man's reason
of Adam also succumbed.When Adam & Eve Embraced each other with sensual desires,the serpentine or coiled-up energy of
kundalini at the base of the spine,which either lifts the Man godwards of feeds his senses,the sex organs developed.Eden their
state of divine consciousness,was lost to them & they were naked, their purity to see themselves as souls encased in a
wondrous triune body of consciousness,life force & atomic radiation was replaced by identification with the limitations
of the gross physical forms.Ever since their fall, their descendents have had to reproduce their kind by the gross and complicated
process of sexual creation leading to dualities of pain & pleasure & experiencing death or forfeiting their omniscient
immortality by reverting to animal habits.
Man the master of his destiny--has lost his divine glory
and has become a slave, a tool in the hands of Sex & Ego on account of ignorance.Passions are reigning supreme in all
parts of the world leading to perverted intellects & no thoughts of god & purity. Sexual indulgence is a great obstacle
in the spiritual path in every religion of the world & it becomes difficult to entertain sublime divine thoughts
& do regular meditation.Because the whole creation of this universe is to be kept up, god has made the sexual desire very
powerful, otherwise many Jivamuktas or God realized persons would have cropped up quite easily.Young men & women in present
days are getting swayed by the lust & loosing their sense of righteousness and discrimination that is why we don't see
many people realizing God in almost all the religions of the world.He who has completely eradicated lust & is established
in mental Brahmacharaya is Brahman or God himself. The intelligent life force works through the sexual creative impulse in
animals & human beings to express itself, giving birth to desire-inflicted,tendency-guided animal & human beings in
animal & human bodies.Until man frees himself from the compulsion of this sex force he cannot liberate his soul from the
revolving wheel of reincarnations & plunge it into its infinite life.Sex impulse in man or women, no matter how pure,
always contains within it the subtle earth binding desire to create more body attached human beings.It is therefore extremely
necessary to transmute this physical-creation-desirous impulse into a spiritually productive impulse.Sex creative force consists
of a mental tendency to reproduce one's own kind, plus the intelligent life force that stimulates the sex nerves to release
from the male & female sex organs the spermatozoa & ovum from whose union earthbound human bodies can be grown.
How Debased Lifestyles Is Harming Us:-

Many people around the world are leading pitiable lives of
gloom & depression by heavy loss of vital energy & Vitality by unnatural means leading to loss of power of discrimination.

More & more people around the world are suffering from
deadly diseases like AIDS , Anemia, Bad Memory or Loss Of Memory & Nervous Debility due indulgence in sex or
wasting of vital creative force.

When the human system is deprived of its natural secretions,
there is corresponding decline in nervous energy leading to functional disorders, that is why number of wrecks around the
world are increasing.

Baser sex passions are demoralizing, leads to Mental Delusions,
Perverted Intellects, Weakness, Slavery, Fear, Exertion, Danger, Suicides, & Disgust.

People who indulge in more & more sexual activities get
obsessed with it leading to heinous crimes, breakup of marriages, mistrust in relationships.

People who indulge in Sexual activities also attract
Bad disembodied Spirits which possess them & seek enjoyment through them.

Sexual Relationships Other than lawfully wedded wife( in
moderation) leads to sin & encages the soul to further rebirths & bondage.

Husband & Wife seeking each other only for sex will
destroy their relationship & will also lead to sin.

The more one indulges in sex life, the more the intelligence
& life force go downward into the sex nerves & compel the deluded soul to live more & more on sex plane.

Any Spiritual aspirant cannot awaken kundalini
shakti safely if he or she is not closed the lower sexual centers.
REPRESSION & SEX SUBLIMATION :-
Enjoyment cannot bring satisfaction but only fans more desire
but suppression of the sexual desire will not help very much as it will again manifest with the redoubled force when the suitable
oppturinity or environment exist, when your will is weak, when Vairagaya or dispassion wanes, when slackening in mediation
or Yogic sadhna, when you become weak owing to an attack of any disease.Outward control of sex without banishment of the instinctive
creative idea that rouses sex thoughts & sex energy leads to hypocrisy & repression.Control of sex should be based
on wisdom, inner self control.Then only can it be productive of happiness,wisdom & ultimate liberation in any religion
of the world. Suppression is not eradication & this leads to wet dreams, irritability & restlessness.the sexual
creative force must be transmuted into spiritual energy or Ojas Shakti or Brain Power by the practice of Japa, prayer,
Meditation, Study Of Religious Books, pranayama, Asanas like Sarvanga Asana etc then only the sexual desires will be annihilated.
An Oordhvare to Yogin is one whom the seminal energy flows upwards to the brain & is stored up gets used up in the
contemplative purposes in the practice of Dhayana which also leads to having the scent of a lotus. The process of sex-sublimation
is very difficult & yet is most necessary for he aspirant in the spiritual path.It is the most important qualification
for the sadhaka in every religion & either in the path of Karma Yoga, Upasana, Raja Yoga or Vedanta.By checking baser
passions one gets immense power, joy & peace. If this creative force is directed to the higher spiritual channels it will
get sublimated & transformed into divine energy. The mind can also be kept busy affirming : " I want to transmute sex
energy into spiritual energy.I want to turn it godward to create spirituality." Reading holy scriptures or to mediate on the
joy of the spirit within also benefits a lot.
SEX & FAMILY LIFE :-
In the higher spiritual paths great stress is laid on the
practice of continence in all the religions of the world.When a person enters the household married life he holds the ideal
of a remarkably controlled life before him. Both the partners must understand the Divine purpose as why they have come
together in this life.If one truly practice the higher spiritual methods of transmuting the sex impulses before marriage &
take this energy into heart,brain & sprit plane-- then own will attract a true life companion who can help you evolve
on the spiritual plane.If you live on this higher plane, then you will also attract beautiful & harmonious environments,
which will help to lift you higher & higher towards liberation which was earlier treaded by Lord Krishna, Buddha, Jesus,Mahavira,GuruNanak.....,
This is the ideal of a truly spiritual marriage: to help one another spiritually & by perfecting the marriage relationship
on the highest plane, to become worthy of the perfect union--that of the human soul with the cosmic beloved. Husband &
wife should be loyal to each other & try to make each other happy in every way.The spiritual wife should not forsake the
unspiritual husband not the husband should do so, they should try to influence each other as long as it is possible to do
so. Moral character & self control is necessary is essential for those seeking to restore harmony in unhappy marriages
& those wishing to prevent wrong marriages & divorces.To trifle with physical passions is to gamble away untold joys
of life.The million candles of happiness is the hall of life are burned all at once by the indiscretion in marriage.The evanescent
excitement in physical communion is nothing compared to the bliss that follows by the regulating & the withdrawing of
the creative impulse into the brain region for the procreation of spiritual & intellectual qualities of love,consideration,divine
patience,sympathy,determination & knowledge of the art of spiritual procreation which enable one to perform revolutionizing
work in spiritual or material life.Remember marriage is the reunion in the absolute spirit, of the divided feeling- and knowledge
nature of god.
SOME TIPS FOR LEADING HEALTHY DIVINE LIFE :-
First of all depraved thoughts & morbid curiosity
in connection with sex impulses should be destroyed in childhood or youth by teaching people all about true function of sex
life, that sex impulse was given by nature to create spiritual children & spiritual inspirations, not to be expended by
body-and-mind-debilitating sense gratification.The sex instinct of parents becomes depraved owing to ungoverned prenatal tendencies
& ungoverned sex impulses of this life which lead to birth of same kind of children in whom these tendencies are strong
at birth which further leads to undisciplined sex appetites.Social persecution & admonitions cannot correct evil habits
of sex in children, youths & adults only the knowledge of how to destroy the deep-seated prenatal & postnatal causes
that make sex impulses ungovernable can correct them.Gossip mongers who talk about the moral weaknesses of others usually
are themselves not free from sex weakness; they persecute others just to feed their own secret sex weakness indirectly,thereby
mentally bringing others to their own low moral levels.Such people think that they themselves are all right because their
weakness is not discovered.A spiritual uplifted never talks about another's moral weakness, he never rejoices at his shortcomings.Instead,
he pictures himself in the other person's position and feel sorry for him & tries to lift him up, if that help is wanted.The best way to transmute sex impulses is to inhale & exhale deeply during sex excitement until the sex energy
is transmuted into oxygen in the lungs. other spiritual & yogic practices like Sarvangasan, Meditation, Reading spiritually
elevating literature from scriptures & Pranayam is also beneficial.One should also avoid the company of highly sensual
people, those Who indulge in sexual activities or women or men leading passionate & undisciplined depraved life styles.
One Should also Avoid Eating Exciting food, Watching & Hearing Sensual programmes or Songs.
What Christ Said :" There are some eunuchs,which were born
so from their mother's womb; there are some eunuchs which were made eunuchs of men & there be eunuchs which have made
themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it."
